The fix for the clutter: the Coach tab only collects input. Results get their own pushed screens. Onboarding lost its box-in-box nesting: the score gauge now floats directly on the starfield, borders exist only on the featured paywall plan, and the caps labels are gone. Tabs are down to three: Coach, History, You. New crystal matches your sprite.
Boxes inside boxes, borders on everything, three text styles per paragraph. Fixed: gauge floats free, one soft fill per surface, one emphasis per block.
Coach = upload. Replies result = replies. Profile result = rating. Nothing renders under anything. Upload pushes forward, back returns.
Coach, History, You. Insights folded into History; a tab bar earns each slot or loses it.
Starfield, crystal, sparkle mark, gauge, and one gradient CTA still recur everywhere. Decluttering removed containers, not identity.
TYPE: SF Pro (system). Borders only on the single hot element per screen. Same gradient CTA everywhere.

Coach collects, results present, History remembers, You manages. Motion contract carries over from v4 (staggered entrances, gauge sweep + count-up with the verdict landing last, selection morphs, fixed docks, skeletons over spinners), plus one new rule: Generate and Rate push their result screen with a 300ms slide while the upload card's glow hands off to the result's hot card. Back always returns to Coach exactly as you left it.
Coach went from five stacked zones to three (upload, tones, CTA). Results own their screens with 3 cards max. Nothing important ever renders below the fold.
The replies screen ranks its output: the best shot glows with a one-line reason, the alternates sit quiet. Same trick as the paywall: one hot element per screen.
Rows are typed (replies vs ratings), dated, and reopen their full result screen. This is also the retention surface: scores create a "beat your last profile score" loop.
